A new player is coming to the sleepwear market. Lolita Healy, designer and chief executive officer of Designs By Lolita, a hand-painted drinkware company, is launching her first line of pajama sets and robes, featuring designs seen in her Love My Martini and Love My Wine glass lines. Tokyo Rose Gears Up For Launch


New Southern California-based sleepwear brand Tokyo Rose will make its in-store debut this December. According to Doron Chanin, president of the company, Fred Segal, Planet Blue, and several LA-based boutiques have picked up the line, which he described as “funky, fresh and print-driven.” The company is gearing it toward the bridge-to-better department and specialty store markets. Cloud Nine Under New Ownership

Cloud Nine, an Alberta, Can.-based lounge and sleepwear retailer, is now under new ownership. The Stowe family—which consists of husband and wife Bill and Sam and their daughter Jessica Stowe—sold the store to the Zechel family. Attorney Robert (Bob) Zechel co-owns the store with his daughter Robyn Zechel, who serves as its manager.
