Jockey Launches Smart Cool


Jockey looked to spacesuit technology in developing Smart Fabric, its newest platform of technologically advanced products. The company is introducing its first collection under the platform for spring 2011, coined Jockey Stay Cool, consisting of men’s and women’s underwear tops and bottoms. Outlast Technologies, Inc. developed the fabric used in Jockey Stay Cool, which it originally made for NASA to help balance body temperature fluctuations in space. Jockey is the first company to market both women’s and men’s underwear treated with Outlast technology to the U.S. market.
