(Filed Under wholesale Accessories News). Stick-e Brands, a producer of yoga accessories including the Stick-e no-slip sock, has introduced the Yoga Stick-e Wrist Saver to address wrist pain associated with the upper body bearing yoga exercises. The patent-pending product runs in one-size-fits-all, and retails for $19.95 per pair. Retailers currently carrying the product include Paragon Sports in Manhattan, Walmart.com, YogaAccessories.com, EverythingYoga.com and Amazon.com.
Libby Andrews, the owner and designer of Stick-e Brands, designed the Wrist Saver after experiencing wrist pain from yoga and hearing this complaint from other yogis. With the help of her husband, an orthopedic surgeon, she came up with the idea to minimize the degree of wrist extension, spreading the weight load over a larger portion of the hand, and provide a thick foam support to minimize discomfort.
