United Legwear Company, LLC has completed a Select Asset Purchase of Leg Scene Inc, according to Isaac E. Ash, president and chief executive officer of the New York City-based company.

“In the purchase United Legwear obtains the Harvey Bernard license as well as all of Leg Scene’s employees and management,” Ash said. “We feel that United Legwear will build additional market share in making this acquisition as well as add an additional strategic license to our portfolio in a segment of the hosiery market which we are not currently servicing.

“We are very excited that Larry Kaslow, former president and owner of Leg Scene, has joined the growing United Legwear family. We look forward to supporting his business and growing it exponentially through efficiencies allowed under our solid corporate umbrella.”
