According to the Klabin Company, a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate firm, Dreamgirl has leased approximately 93,000-square-feet of industrial space in the Cheli Distribution Center in Bell, Calif. Klabin reported that Dreamgirl plans to expand and consolidate its headquarters under one roof through this lease, and that the lease consideration was in excess of $3 million.

Doug Marshall and Ron Rader, SIOR, principals for the Klabin Company and representatives for Dreamgirl in the lease, claim that Dreamgirl has signed a 7-year lease for part of a 276,743-square-foot building located at 5548 Lindbergh Lane in Bell. Marshall and Rader reported that approximately 100 people will work out of this site, which is scheduled for an April occupancy.

“We have a long-term relationship with Dreamgirl, including their previous move and expansion from Culver City to Vernon, Calif,” Marshall commented. “This move is part of a strategic plan to put them under one roof to achieve efficiencies and cost savings.”
