(Filed Under wholesale Socks News). K. Bell, Inc. has signed a multi-year licensing agreement with well-known fashion and lifestyle company Marc Ecko. Through the agreement, K. Bell will design, source and distribute legwear and hosiery collections under the Ecko Ultd., Eckored and Marc Ecko Cut & Sew labels. The company will debut the spring 2011 collection this August’s MAGIC show in Las Vegas. The collections will be available for a soft launch in fall 2010 at better department stores and specialty chains, as well as Marc Ecko’s MEE direct retail venues.
According to K. Bell, each collection will authentically represent the respective brands image, demographic and price points. Ecko Unltd., a men’s brand focused on global youth culture, will include core and active socks sold in multi-packs of three retailing for $15 to $18. Ekored, the female component of Ecko Unltd., will include tights and leggings retailing for $8 to 12, $6 to $8 for singles and $15 for multi-packs of three. Marc Ecko Cut & Sew will offer “re-imagined” men’s classics retailing from $8 to $10 for singles and $18 for multi-packs of three.
