(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Bruno Banani, a Dutch intimate apparel company will launch 17 underwear lines in the Autumn/Winter 2009/10 seasons.
Even though the company’s tagline is “not for everybody,” the new collection is one that might appeal to a large audience considering its range in designs and colors. While some styles are bright and funky, there are others that are more plain and simple.
Entitled “Battle and Balance,” the collection’s highlight is “a line containing a masterful mix of designs on the theme of stars and revolutionaries in true Andy Warhol style,” said the company.
In addition, the collection is also environmentally friendly due to Sorona, a new kind of polymer fiber made from corn flour, which is a sustainable raw material. The collection is also made of milk fabric, which is manufactured from milk protein fibers. “This biological material is ideal for underwear because it is kind to the skin, bacteriostatic and apart from feeling wonderfully soft, it helps maintain the skin’s moisture and allows breathability,” said the company.
