Jockey International, Inc. reported that Tebow has signed a multi-year contract to represent the label in a number of platforms including catalog, television, print advertisements and the Jockey website.

“Tim is a highly gifted athlete with a positive attitude and an admirable character,” Debra S. Waller, chairman and chief executive officer of Jockey, said in a statement. “We at Jockey see a very bright future with Tim, and believe that he is an excellent representative for the brand. Tim is genuine, smart and driven and those qualities align well with Jockey. We look forward to building a collaborative relationship with him in the coming years.”

Tebow will represent several Jockey men’s lines, including the Staycool collection launching next spring.
