(Filed Under Fashion News). Eurovet is predicting that over 11,000 visitors will attend next January’s Interfiliere, a similar number to last January’s show, which attracted 11,120.
The organizing company expects150 exhibitors at the intimate apparel textile show, which is scheduled in conjunction with Eurovet’s La Salon de la Lingerie from January 22 through 24, 2011, at Paris’ Porto de Versailles, pavilion three. As of November 3, 15 new companies had signed up to exhibit, including Blue Scarabie Textile Design Studio, a Canadian maker of printed textiles for lingerie, sleepwear, beachwear and men’s underwear; Sitip Spa, an Italian stretch fabric, circular knitting and performance textiles company; and Lace It, a Chinese lace production, dying and finishing company.
In addition to summer 2012 trends, next January’s Interfiliere will host a preview of winter 2012/2013 trends; according to Eurovet, it is the only tradeshow to give companies a peak at next season’s looks.
Tickets to Interfiliere are 20 Euros if purchased in advance and 30 Euros at the show; equivalent to approximately $28 to $42, respectively, at the current exchange rate. Fashion passes, which give access to all related tradeshows taking place in conjunction, including Eurovet’s Salon de la Lingerie, are 50 Euros in advance and 70 Euros at the show; equivalent to approximately $70 to $98 at the current exchange rate.
