(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Get ready world: Baci Lingerie plans to invest $300 million over the next five years in its "mono brand" store concept as part of its plan to become one of the fastest growing lingerie brands globally.
In conjunction with its partners, the brand is developing 3,000 stores worldwide, with locations in five continents over the next five years. Offering a unique twist to franchising, Baci Lingerie provides partners with the concept and tools for them to quickly develop and open stores within their territories.
“We are planning with partners to develop stores in prime markets across the globe by investing a tremendous amount of money into the initial costs of opening a Baci Lingerie monobrand store,” Robert Rosen, C.O.O of Baci Lingerie, said. “Additionally, we will not be charging licensing fees or collecting royalty fees so that partners will be able to find entrepreneurs who will be able to open a monobrand store very quickly and efficiently at a minimal cost to investors.
“As we finalized and developed our showrooms in Asia we quickly recognized the huge potential for B2C stores worldwide. We have received a huge demand from our partners and followed their requests and our experiences from our own Baci Lingerie chain in Asia. Our team designed the monobrand store concept by enhancing on our already designed stores in Asia. We improved our existing model to make [it] more efficient and even more beautiful so that we could develop a concept to maximize and grow the daily turnover for partners in an extreme way.”
The stores will be designed to add a minimum of 50 new Baci Lingerie products per month. Stores will feature 65-inch vertical video screens, which will display new photo presentations of Baci Lingerie’s seasonal styles every month.
According to the company, the monobrand concept has already drawn the attention of major investors around the world. “We have already finalized agreements to open 400 Baci Lingerie stores from South Africa to Europe, and are close to completing deals in different states in the U.S. […] This is a win-win situation for everyone; a win for investors, as they are able to receive a beautifully-designed store and be able to be in business for a very low cost; a win for partners who are able to increase their turnover dramatically by providing products to the stores; and a win for Baci Lingerie, as we will be able to introduce [the concept] to the public and develop and strengthen our brand recognition.”
