(Filed Under wholesale Sleepwear News). PJ Salvage said about Salvagene, its new fabric rolling out in its spring/summer 2011 collection, “This is not your grandmother’s polyester blend.”
“When we discovered this blend we knew it would be perfect,” said Peter Burke, owner of the sleepwear, loungewear and intimates company. “Salvagene is going to set the standard for comfort and style this year.”
The fabric is a blend of rayon/polyester and elastane that PJ Salvage says lends a soft, draping feel to tunics and leggings.
The Spring/Summer collection includes just over 30 styles running in sizes XS through XL, and available in signature prints like tie-dye, “union jacks” and skull and crossbones. Wholesale prices run from $10 for shorts to $21.50 for a nightshirt, with long sleeve shorts priced at $18, pants at $18.50 and tank tops at $14.50.
Retailers carrying PJ Salvage include Nordstrom and other high-end department stores and boutiques.
