(Filed Under Fashion News). As part of its ongoing executive planning process, Kohl’s Corporation has promoted the following executives: Don Brennan, John Worthington, Peggy Eskanasi and Wes McDonald.

The Wisconsin-based retailer has promoted Brennan to chief merchandising officer from his position as senior executive vice president, which he has held since September 2007. Brennan has worked for Kohl’s since 2001, when he was hired as executive vice president of merchandise planning and allocation.
Kohl’s has named Worthington chief administrative officer. He has worked with the company for 17 years, most recently as senior executive vice president since September 2007.
The company has promoted Eskanasi, who has been the executive vice president of product development since October 2004, to senior executive vice president.
McDonald is now the senior executive vice president and C.F.O. The company hired him as executive vice president and C.F.O in August 2003.
