(Filed Under Fashion News). Jockey International Inc. announced Tuesday that it has hired Dustin Cohn as senior vice president and chief marketing officer.
In his new role, Cohn will be responsible for providing marketing strategy and leadership, developing marketing programs that align the brand to business strategy and ensuring consistency across consumer touch points.
Cohn most recently served as chief marketing officer for apparel and textile solutions company Optimer Brands, where he helped to build the DriFire and Drierlease labels. He has also worked for the PepsiCo’s Propel brand, Gatorade Equity Communications, 79 Partners and Foote Cone & Belding.
“Dustin brings an impressive array of branding and marketing experience to this position,” said Ed Emma, the president and C.O.O of Jockey. “We welcome his demonstrated success with other iconic brands, and his experience will be a great asset as we continue to focus on the future of our company and the Jockey brand, incorporating a consistent, disciplined and innovative approach to marketing.”
Jockey International is a privately held company whose branded products are sold in over 120 countries.
