(Filed Under wholesale Shapewear News). Squeem is in the process of implementing a SAP software solution designed for small to mid-sized businesses. "SAP is one of the most successful business solutions available on the market,” said Thiago Pasos, vice president of marketing. “Companies that run SAP include Nike, Coca-Cola, 3M, L’Oreal and more."
Pasos expects the software to assist Squeem by organizing data that will be used to help improve customer service and satisfaction. “SAP will allow us to view our entire organization as one, which in turn will help us improve the way we serve our customers,” he said. “[This ranges] from having orders promptly, fully and accurately processed and shipped, to understanding actions, promotions and materials we can develop and offer them to support their operations and increase their sales. Overall, it will help [us] improve customer service quality, and develop more effective initiatives to support our customers’ sales.”
Joci Ribeiro, vice president of operations for Squeem, said the company chose SAP because of its credibility and user-friendly qualities. “SAP is the most used enterprise software, the recognized leader in providing business solutions for all types of industries and for every major market,” he said. “We chose SAP because it is a very comprehensive solution that allows process integration and offers scalability, providing a solid foundation for our business to grow. Also, SAP has a much more favorable cost/benefit relation when compared to other solutions, which require acquisition and implementation of several different applications and database integration.”
Ribiero said Squeem is currently undergoing the basic implementation process of the software, and expects to complete it by the end of March. He expects that the company will explore more advanced options with SAP in the coming months.
SAP Business One software is a single-integrated, on-premise system that allows businesses to manage functions across sales, distribution and financials. The company serves the apparel, footwear and sewn products markets, among others.
