The Swedish maker of intimate accessories, including discreetly designed vibrators, introduced the Susurra line of silk loungewear and lingerie at this month’s CurveNY in New York City and MODA Lingerie and Swimwear Exhibition in Birmingham, England.
Sussurra marks LELO’s first venture in the apparel market, and is part of a greater plan to extend into a lifestyle brand with other products like massage oils and candles, according to Elaine Said, the new sales and account manager for the U.S. and South American markets.
The introductory line consists of women’s styles, including a robe, kimono, camisole, babydoll, soft cup bra, short, brief and thong, as well as men’s loungepants, boxers and a robe. Clearly targeting the high-end market, wholesale prices are $11.26 for select women’s bottoms to $180.43 for the women’s signature robe. Sizes are XS through XL.
