(Filed Under wholesale Mastectomy News). Amoena recently launched the Hannah post-surgical collection of bras and camisoles.
Additionally, the company has launched two new breast forms using their comfort technology. This technology was patented in early 2008, and has a temperature-equalizing formula built into the material.
Designed for wear immediately following breast surgery, garments in the Hannah collection run in sizes XS-XL. They are made from cotton using microencapsulation technology, which infuses the fabric with continuous bursts of vitamin E and aloe, both known for reducing the appearance of scars. Other aspects of the collection include a zip-front on the camisole for easy taking-off during recovery, cotton pockets to hold silicone forms in place, and two removable drain pouches included with the camisole.
This year, the company plans to develop "fashion forward" bras and a more extensive line of medical garments.
