(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). U.K. lingerie brand Harlette is breaking into the U.S. market with a collection inspired by — and worn on — the television series "Secret Diary of a Call Girl."
The Secret Diary range includes the ivory-colored Northern Lights bralette, panties and a couture housecoat made from tulle and embroidered silk and embellished with tufts of maribou and ostrich feathers, silk ties and precious metal clasps. The set was worn by actress Billie Piper on the series finale of "Secret Diary of a Call Girl." Converted from U.K. prices, the bralette wholesales for $104, the panties for $122 and the housecoat for $1,147 with recommended retail prices of $292, $342 and $3,212 respectively.
Also included in Harlette’s current collection are soft cup and underwire bras, camisoles, shorts, luxury wraps, catsuits and robes made from French lace, Italian tulle, stretch silk and stretch velvet with a wholesale price range of approximately $75 to $284 and a recommended retail range of $209 to $794. Products are made in Australia and most pieces arrive within four weeks.
Harlette is currently sold in luxury boutiques and online retailers, including Lucile Lingerie and Bordello in the U.K. and StyleShopUSA.com and Bella Bella Boutique in the United States.
