Formerly a part of Global Footwear Partners, Inc., The Highest Heel Enterprises, LLC will now operate under the Rubie’s umbrella, with its unique, provocative footwear designs offered through Rubie’s Secret Wishes division.

"Rubie’s is very excited about this new collaboration and welcomes the entire Highest Heel team into the Rubie’s family," stated Howard Beige, Rubie’s executive vice president. "We look forward to expanding this female-focused line to ensure the best products are provided at competitive prices."

President of Global Footwear Partners Scott Gidlow will stay on as president and chief executive officer of The Highest Heel Enterprises, LLC and distribution will continue from the current center in Louisville, Ky.
