(Filed Under retail Lingerie News). Baci Lingerie announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement with Love Stores S.A. de C.V. to open a minimum of 50 Baci Lingerie mono brand stores in Mexico.

Love Stores S.A. de C.V., which will be doing business as Baci Lingerie Mexico, is a successful Mexico-based retailer that already operates more than 50 stores in the country. "They are well-established, well-respected and very in-tune with the Mexican market," explained Joy Menon, director of brand communication for Baci. "We are very excited to find great partners and we look forward to building a very strong brand in Mexico."

"We can’t wait to incorporate Baci Lingerie with our other successful brands," stated Uriel Valdez, chief executive officer of Baci Lingerie Mexico. "We know that Baci Lingerie is going to propel us to the top of the market."

The first Baci Lingerie store in Mexico is set to open within two months. Baci recently opened a store in Budapest, Hungary and a September opening is scheduled for the first Baci mono brand store in the United Arab Emirates. Additional stores are being planned for the U.S., Germany, Holland, Lithuania, the U.K. and Spain before the end of 2011.
