The collection is a dedication to the television series Prison Break, “which spontaneously makes me think of a modern Greek tragedy with a prolonged timeline,” said Uschkamp. “Passionate Conviction picks up on the strong emotions of crime, lies, love, murder, conspiracy, ethics, conviction, intelligence, logic etc%u2026”
The collection has several ranges including: Set-Up, Crime, Conspiracy, Michael, Sarah, Multiple Ideas, Lucky Chains, Chance, Logic, Strategy and Escape.
Products include sleep masks, push-up bras, boxer briefs and more. A highlight of the collection is the company’s Chance push up bra in which the traditional bra strap may be replaced with a long pink ribbon, which can be tied in many different ways offering a variety of silhouettes.
The garments are divided into three price ranges: luxury has a retail range of 150 to 500 euros (approximately $195 to $650 at the current exchange rate); the high-end/designer-range has a retail range from 10 to 80 euros (approximately $13 to 105) and the mid-range has a retail range from 10 to 40 euros (approximately $13 to $52).
The collection, which will ship beginning in July, is confirmed to be available at a mix of lingerie boutiques and concept stores such as Paris-based Dollhouse and O Plaisir de Femmes, Germany-based August Pfueller, Krystyna Stein, M&M, England-based Pandora’s Box and more.
“As I am participating in a showroom in Tokyo in February and selling season is still ongoing, I have yet to confirm the latest inquiries from new clients in Canada, England, France, Germany, Russia, Bosnia and the United States,” said Ushckamp. “I have met a couple of buyers from New York already now and previously, so I hope to be present in the states this season.”
