(Filed Under retail Lingerie News). Baci Lingerie announced the termination of its exclusive U.S. distribution agreement with Avelli, Inc.
Baci chose to sever ties with Avelli due to "alleged breach of contract and unethical business practices" and stated that both companies have agreed to a termination and settlement agreement. Baci is transitioning shipping and supply to a new California-based U.S. distribution partner doing business as Baci Lingerie Brand Owner USA.
"We are extremely disappointed in the termination of our former partner, but at the heart of every partnership there must lay a fundamental trust, which was broken and damaged by Avelli, Inc.," stated Baci chief operating officer Robert Rosen. "We have learned a great deal in the past 12 months and plan to use that experience to ensure that customers and retailers receive a smooth transition and the service they deserve."
Baci Lingerie Brand Owner USA will be taking orders for Baci’s new Black Label collection as well as the brand’s popular White Label and eyelash collections at this month’s International Lingerie Show in Las Vegas. The distributor will also introduce Dreams by Baci Lingerie, the brand’s bedroom costume collection, later this year.
