(Filed Under retail Lingerie News). Baci Lingerie has announced plans to open at least 20 mono brand stores in South Africa as a result of their latest business partnership.
Baci’s latest partner, doing business as Baci Lingerie South Africa, "is a very large, successful and professional retailer," according to Robert Rosen, chief operating officer of Baci Lingerie. "They are the leading retailer in their industry, with over 50 successful retail stores of their own. Once Baci Lingerie South Africa was introduced to the mono brand store concept, they completely fell in love and were eager to move forward."
Baci Lingerie South Africa is currently scouting for the best locations for the mono brand stores. "What really cemented the mono brand store concept for us was seeing firsthand the power and impact of Baci Lingerie at the 2010 Sexpo Exhibition in Johannesburg," stated a company representative. "It was a complete success; we had over 45,000 buying customers through the door."
Baci Lingerie’s global expansion plan encompasses the opening of 3,000 stores in Belarus, Brazil, Estonia, France, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, South Africa, Spain, the U.A.E., the U.K. and the U.S. over the next six years.
