According to the company's president, Morris Massry, applicants should be aggressive, experienced in the sector, and have pre-existing contacts.

The company is also launching the "Cheryl Collection" in early February. The collection will run at wholesale prices of $8-$15, and pieces will include dresses, leggings, and bustiers in sizes S-L. Shades include black, white, red, eggplant, fuchsia, and multicolor. Massry described the new designs as following recent trends.

"I have noticed that lace is extremely popular right now," he said. "This is much softer than our previous collections, and we used a lot of lace and satin," he said.

The company also recently launched a fringe flapper dress, and the “liquid lame” line. The fringe flapper dress comes in shades including black, white, red, and eggplant and in sizes S-XL. “Liquid Lame” consists of tops, mini skirts, dresses, and bottoms in black, gold, and silver. Massry commented that both have received an "excellent" response.
