(Filed Under retail Lingerie News). Leading intimate apparel e-commerce site Bare Necessities has partnered with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation to launch an awareness and fundraising campaign.
Bare Necessities will donate 25 cents from the sale of every bra during the month of October to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Bare Necessities carries over 1,100 bra styles from over 90 brands, including Calvin Klein, Chantelle and Wacoal.
This is the retailer’s second partnership with the BCRF this year — a two-week Mother’s Day-themed initiative in April raised $3,500 in contributions to medical research. Bare Necessities stated the goal was to raise an additional $10,000 by the end of October.
