(Filed Under retail Lingerie News). Panty by Post, a Canada-based company offering women’s underwear by monthly subscription, recently launched in Russia, catering to the country’s $2.6 billion underwear market.

After signing up for a subscription and specifying size and preferred style, consumers receive a pair of panties in the mail once a month until the subscription runs out. While Blush Lingerie is the service’s main brand, Panty by Post also offers Hanky Panky bridal undergarments for special bridal packages.

The company partnered with Interstice Consulting to ensure a smooth launch in Russia. "Panty by Post’s service is sure to be a winner amongst Russian consumers," stated Leighton Prabhu of Interstice Consulting. "We are offering new brands known worldwide for their style and quality, previously unavailable in the market."

Panty by Post’s Russian site can be accessed at http://ru.pantybypost.com. Panty by Post launched in 2008 and is based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
