frederick's appoints lynch ceo
(Filed Under Fashion News). Frederick's of Hollywood Group Inc. has named Thomas Lynch their chief executive officer.
He has been on Frederick's board of directors since January 2008, when the company merger with FOH Holdings Inc. was completed.
Lynch was the chief executive officer of Fursa Alternative Strategies LLC from February 2007-December 2008. Fursa is a "significant shareholder" for Frederick's. Previously, he was a managing director and member of the senior management committee at Mellon Asset Managements.
Peter Cole, the company's executive chairman, commented about Lynch: "We are confident that with his strong financial, strategic planning and leadership experience, he will lead our company through these challenging economic times."
