(Filed Under wholesale Hosiery News). Italian luxury hosiery brand HYD has introduced WELL 70, a fashion hosiery and tights line made with microencapsulated ingredients to reduce cellulite, firm the skin and prevent varicose veins.

Part of HYD’s new range Wellness by HYD, the WELL 70 tights feature graduated compression and microcapsules with hydreductyl, a pro-liposome compound containing vegetable extracts, vitamins and caffeine that is activated by the skin and works to tighten, smooth, shape and stimulate blood flow.

The active microencapsulated ingredients in HYD’s WELL 70 tights were tested among 20 women aged 18 to 70 at the University of Pavia in Italy. Over the course of 60 days, 55 percent of the women showed a decrease of 0.2 inch in the thigh and 40 percent reported losing 0.4 inch on the hips, while 50 percent of the women showed less cellulite.

The ingredients in the WELL 70 hosiery are effective for a minimum of five washes and each box comes with three pairs, ensuring anti-cellulite treatment for a minimum of 15 days. The hosiery is available in sheer black with a lacy control top in sizes S to L. The wholesale price is €45.30 — approximately $62 at the current exchange rate — with a recommended retail price point of €101.95, approximately $140.

HYD products are designed in Spain and manufactured in and ship from Italy. There is usually a minimum order of €2000, or approximately $2,740, for stores, but this requirement may vary depending on the size and location of the retailer. HYD products are sold in boutiques across Spain.
