(Filed Under Fashion News). American Apparel, Inc. has announced the appointment of Glenn A. Weinman to serve as the company’s new senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. He will be reporting to Dov Charney, CEO, beginning February 17th.

In addition, the company has also promoted Joyce Crucillo to serve as chief litigation counsel. She will continue to head the company’s trial team in all litigation matters.
