(Filed Under retail Lingerie News). Canadian online lingerie boutique Butterfly Collection is bringing bra fittings to women virtually via online voice, video and chat service Skype.
The Vancouver, British Columbia-based boutique headed by Claire Dumican brings the expertise of a professional bra fitting into the homes of women everywhere through free Skype fittings. After booking an appointment through Butterfly Collection’s website, a certified fitter will connect with the consumer, providing a step-by-step measurement guide, an appraisal of the customer’s current lingerie collection and a discussion about what size and styles are the best match. The boutique specializes in bras for women with D to K cup sizes, who often have a difficult time finding well-fitting lingerie.
Dumican came up with the service to assist women who live remotely, have mobility issues or don’t have a local boutique that offers fitting services. "Skype gives our customers a personal and convenient experience. Our fitters can see and discuss the customer’s needs in total privacy," said Dumican. "These fittings can bring the right bras to more women no matter where they live. Technology is helping us make bra shopping fun again for busty women!"
Skype fittings are free and available to women in North America six days week. Butterfly Collection Lingerie carries styles by brands including Affinitas, Freya, Le Mystere, Panache and Royce and can be found at ButterflyCollection.ca.
