Ginch Gonch Now Offers Beachwear

(Filed Under Wholesale Swimwear News). Canada-based Ginch Gonch, which will celebrate its sixth birthday this year, has announced that for the first time in the company’s history it will be launching a beachwear range, entitled Cars, under its most recent collection, Boys & Toys.

Swimwear styles will be available for both men and women and the range will have its official launch this April. In addition to beachwear, the collection will also include underwear and T-shirts for both sexes.

Inspired by muscle cars, monster trucks and motocross daredevil dirt bikers, the collection epitomizes “the feeling of fun and nostalgia that comes from living carefree,” sticking to the company’s motto, which is “live like a kid,” said Rebecca Wilkinson, media coordinator at the company.

In fact, the Boys & Toys collection campaign was shot on video and instead of using models, the company used actual motocross stunt riders who were popping wheelies and doing 360’s in the air in their Ginch. The videos will be available for viewing on the company’s website once it has launched.

Set at a wholesale range of $18 to $40 and a retail range of $36 to $80, the beachwear will be available in sizes XS through XL.

The collection, which is based on four main color palettes (peppermint green, black, red, pink and blue with complementary tones mixed within each one in different combinations), is comprised of the following men’s styles: board shorts, racer shorts and sports shorts represented under three themes - “Exhausted Pipe,” “Rear Axle Rumbler” and “Blazin’ Backseats.”

Represented under the same three themes, the styles available for women include: one-piece swimsuits; triangle bikini tops; bikini bottoms; racer back tops; boy shorts and runner shorts.
