UnSpoken: Now A New, Multi-Brand Web Site


(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). ShopUnSpoken.com is the latest creation of Caron Block, the woman behind UnSpoken, a high end lounge wear, sleepwear and lingerie collection launched at MAGIC in February 2012. The new retail site (which was less than a month old as of June 1st) targets a monied, older woman.

Currently the site offers intimates and sleepwear from Cosabella, BedHead and Knock out!, with other brands (possibly including P.J. Salvage and UnSpoken itself) to be added in the near future. Block told BODY the demographic for the retail site is the same as it was for the wholesale line. In 2012 she described that customer as 34 to 55. “Women with curves…This is a demographic with a lot of money…Women who have money to spend, who want high quality.” She added, “Women gain confidence and sexiness,” as they age, and noted that UnSpoken was designed to “empower a confident, sexy woman to be more of both.”

Today Block said she is putting more emphasis on the retail operation than the wholesale business, and plans to be at the upcoming Curve show in Las Vegas: but as a buyer for the site rather than as an exhibitor.

The web store currently displays several Cosabella items, ranging from the Never Say Never Cutie Low Rise Thong retailing for $15, to the “Katya” Robe for $90.00. BedHead two-piece pajama sets range from $92 to $148. Knock out! products range from $30 for a lace thong to $88 for a “Nite-Tee.”

The site also offers beauty products, handbags, jewelry and scarves.
