An important new addition for buyers is the “Rate-­match guarantee” under which, “If a partner hotel is found offering a different price outside of what is advertised on the H&P website, they must adjust their room rates elsewhere to match the low price offered by ExpoVision, ensuring Halloween & Party Expo guests get the best rate available,” according to the Expo.

The company reported that “While a number of exciting enhancements are” planned, “many of the attractions guests have enjoyed throughout the years will remain. The famous Halloween Costume Style Show, held after the close of the show on Saturday night, will return with yet another exciting presentation of the hottest new costumes for 2014. The Education/Demo Center in the Party section of the show floor, will be back and offering more sessions than ever before, covering topics from balloon art to financial tips for store owners, as well as the return of the popular Pet Costume Show from 2013.”
