Sally Jones Enters New Category

(Filed Under wholesale Accessories News). Sally Jones, a lingerie label designed and manufactured in Australia, has entered a new business category and has also launched new styles for 2009.

For the first time, Sally Jones customers can enjoy a range of accessories including garters, lacey socks, wrist cuffs, a waist cincher and collars. Wholesale prices range from $12 for the bridal garters up to $75 for the waist cincher.

“Sally Jones is an individual label because it combines romantic themes with contemporary detailing using the finest fabrics,” said Sally Jones, designer and CEO of the company. “We mix textures and color from European laces, trims and silks and combine them to create a complete range of underwear with sleepwear.”

Sally’s 2009 collection draws inspiration from the 50’s and 60’s screen sirens represented under three ranges: La Parisienne, Bardot and Monroe.

La Parisienne, “a naughty-but-nice range that encapsulates a quirkier side of Sally Jones while retaining femininity,” offers bras, knickers, camisoles and corsets in steel gray satin with leather trims. This range is embellished with lace and chiffon.

Bardot is available in dusty pink and black pleated tulle. Styles include jackets, bras, frilled knickers and sexy camisoles.

The Monroe range has been spiced up this season to include teddies, nightdresses, bras, high-waisted knickers and open-front camisoles in sheer mesh, silk and voluminous frills. Styles are available in lace accompanied with black or dusty pink silk and is embellished with Swiss tulle embroidery and pearls.

Silk and French lace bras start at $48 wholesale, briefs start at $25 wholesale and the silk chemises start at $82 wholesale.

The collection has an early delivery and will begin shipping in March.

Founded over four years ago, the label is now stocked in over 20 countries including department stores such as Dillards in the United States, Beams and Wacoal in Japan, Manor in Switerland, Printemps in Paris, Megasin de Nord in Denmark and Breuninger in Germany, plus numerous high-end boutique chains internationally.
