As we move to Spring, and the warmer weather, the focus at Shapeez is shifting to their large collection of shorter styles, all of which are designed to provide shaping along with the support of a built-in full support bra, while at the same time eliminating bulges and visible bra lines.

The newest of the short styles is the Sportee, which enjoyed a dramatically successful launch this past year. “This is the bra for all high and low impact sports when you want to lose the UNIBOOB and look stylish at the same time,” explained Staci Berner, the company’s designer and founder. This bra has a breathable mesh back which is specifically designed to eliminate the back bulges seen in other sports bras. It also features an “all way stretch fabric that moves with you while providing superior support.”

The other Shapeez shorter styles are each designed to fit the different challenges encountered with various garments and customers. Soon after founding the company with her patented bra, back smoother and body shaper, which she called “The Ultimate”, Berner introduced a cropped version for those women who wanted a smooth back bra but did not necessarily need or want a body shaper. The “Shortee” was the result.

For the woman who wants to wear a more revealing style, such as a tank top, Berner created the Shapeez Tankee Long and Short versions. The back neckline of both of these bras is lower, and there is less material in the back shoulder areas. According to Berner, “The Tankee Short has all of the back smoothing features of the Shortee with the addition of a lower back neckline and cut-in shoulders that make it invisible under all your sleeveless and tank styles.” She noted that this style is specifically for sleeveless garments. For garments with sleeves, the Shortee and Ultimate are the best choices. “But, with all the shorter, revealing styles, I expect to see a real jump in sales for the Tankee Short this summer,” said Berner.

Another solution for summer is the Silkee Short. This bra is designed with non-foam MINIMIZER cups for those customers who don’t want to add to their already full cup size but want a full support bra and back smoothing.“
