(Filed Under Fashion News). Allure Lingerie, an intimate apparel boutique in Burlington, North Carolina, closed its doors this Valentine’s Day. Owner Allison Lassiter sited a decline in sales over the summer due to high gas prices, and further declines due to the poor economy in recent months as their reasons for closing. They have not yet decided if they will re-start operations in the future.
