(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Intimate apparel and hosiery will again be strongly represented at the upcoming Offprice Show in Las Vegas, with already over 60 individual firms signed on to exhibit.
The event runs February 19 through 22 at the Sands Expo, Las Vegas (lower level). On its website the show asks the question, “Why buy off-price?” And then provides its answer, noting that a garment with an MSRP of $100 might typically wholesale for “$50-$75.” The show suggests a buyer could buy the same item “offprice: $15,” sell it in their store for $50 and thus make a profit of $35.

According to show management there will be “over 500” exhibitors in all, including “apparel, accessories, footwear and jewelry at margin-building prices.” On its website it states there will be a “Cash & Carry section that will have 65+ booths.”
Show CEO Stephen Krogulski told BODY, “The secret’s out about the value of OFFPRICE. All retailers, from big box stores to online merchants, look to provide value for their customers. At OFFPRICE retailers find immediate merchandise that provides value, while growing their business at the same time.”
