(Filed Under wholesale Loungewear News). Kaliopi Eleni, the eponymous label from an Australian designer and actress, is composed of “luxurious silk loungewear for lovers, honeymooners, holiday makers and anyone dreaming of exotica, mystery and romance in faraway mystical places.”

Eleni and Gordon Parbery own the brand, which launched last year, and will be exhibiting at their first trade show at Curve. In addition to loungewear, they will be showing printed silk panties (retail $50), printed silk French knickers ($70), printed silk play suits ($125), “silk dresses with matching underwear, shoes, bags and scarves exclusive to retailers.” The men’s collection includes boxers, pajama pants, robes, swimwear and shirts.

The brand has not been offered anywhere in retail stores to date, only through its own online store. Eleni noted that she does not yet have a U.S. distributor or agent, but is looking for one.
