(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Dreamgirl International has named Gihan Gabor vice president of business development, responsible for working with mainstream and department stores, on both the company’s branded and private label programs.
“We have decade’s of experience producing lingerie, and the have the ability to satisfy the demands of any retailer,” declared CEO Barry Revzen. “So she will be seeing all the department and other stores. It’s time that even more of them start buying Dreamgirl!”
Gabor has extensive experience in the intimate apparel industry, including stints at Ralph Lauren Intimates, Felina and Parfait, among others. In the new position she reports directly to Revzen.
As Revzen noted in a recent BODY interview, “we are stronger financially than ever and with new lines and product for the future, I plan to build sales over the next several years and open as many new markets as I can.”
Referring to his sales team, which also includes director of DG sales, Lorraine Imrich, and private label sales expert, Tim Regan, Revzen emphasized: “I am hiring the right people to make this work.”
