“We specialize in bras for bigger busts,” explained sales manager Joanna Bień - Darowska, daughter of the company founder. “We offer a wide range of bra models: underwired soft, soft balcony, plunge, push-up, semi-padded and padded balconette which are available in many sizes.” Cups range from A to K.

“The most characteristic signs of Ewa Bień lingerie are vibrant colors and elegant design. We believe that only the highest quality embroidery, laces and accessories can provide women everyday comfort at the highest level.” The sales manger added that the firm was “launched 30 years ago in the south of Poland. The business office is in Zabierzów, near Cracow. The owner and the designer is Ewa Bień. Currently it is a family company led by its founder, with a support from her daughters.”

The average retail price range for bras is $25 to $30, for panties $9 to $16.

Without revealing store names, Bień - Darowska reported the line is “selling in New York City.” Asked about her retail strategy she replied, “we are mainly planning to sell to boutiques and lingerie stores but also to department stores. What is more we are looking for distributors.”
