(Filed Under Financial and General Interest News). Next week Curve New York opens at the Javits Center on Monday and runs for three days, February 25 through 27.

In addition to all the expected regular exhibitors, there will be many new brands showing for the first time, several of which BODY has profiled over the past several months.

For buyers, special events include The Selection Guide, Speed Dating, the VIP Lounge, the Kusmi Tea bar and the new Blow Dry By 58 Flora. For exhibitors looking to learn more about their industry there will be the new Shark Tank style event. Also offered: the welcome breakfast, Matchmaking and the opening cocktail party.

Market information specialist, NPD Group will be represented at an 8:15 conference on Monday, February 25, by Todd Mick, executive director, fashion apparel, and Kristen Classi-Zummo, manager, market insights. They will provide a “dynamic market overview” sharing information on trends “and industry performance, and they’ll reveal who is winning in intimates.”

Later in the day, at 3:45, there will be an Inclusivity Panel, moderated by Kimmay Caldwell and sponsored by Parfait Lingerie.

New for February will be a German Pavilion. Brands included are Anita, Feraud Paris, Falke, Mey, Roesch, Susa, Triumph and Vossen.

Throughout the show, in the Concept Lounge, there will be a celebration of bodywear as well as a presentation on four separate trends: the loving voice, the emancipated voice, the bold voice and the naturalness voice. Also included at the show will be a Cora Harrington signing of her book, “In Intimate Detail: How to Choose, Wear, and Love Lingerie.”
