(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). The owners of the New International Lingerie Show expect its next event, September 9th through 11th at the Westgate Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, “to be at least as successful as September 2018, where most all of our exhibitors had a terrific show.”
“Once again we will be the only fall show for intimate apparel in Las Vegas this September,” emphasized the event’s Tim McNamara. “We are still five months out and things are starting to ramp up. We have already been contacted by quite few new resources wanting to participate. And this is great, because these new resources are just what our buyers tell us they are looking for at The New International Lingerie Show.”
“Our concentration is to not be ‘More of the Same,’ but rather ‘More of the “New.’ Combining sexy with mainstream and adding a little spice too. After all intimate apparel is also clothing.”
McNamara continued, “because of our pricing we feel we can offer a great opportunity to smaller vendors to make new contacts with intimate apparel retailers. For the companies who are the cornerstones in the industry The New International Lingerie Show is a place for them to see their customers and most importantly meet new customers. Our goal in September is to continue to produce an event that is affordable for the vendor, comfortable for the buyer and profitable for both. We will continue to produce two shows per year and are thankful for the support and encouragement we have received from many in the industry.”
The last NILS in early February brought in a wide variety of retailers, “ranging from classy to sexy,” according to BODY’s Ted Vayos. “We saw Macy’s, Marshall Retail Group, Primadeanna Boutique, Romantix, Calla Lily, Darling Way, Blue Boutique, Bridal Veil, Bustin Out, Christina’s, City Drawers, Groupon, Passional, Bella Vous, Sheer Pleasure, Althea’s Fine Lingerie, Adam & Eve, Deja Vu, Temptations, In the Groove, Fairvilla, Good Vibrations, Johnnie Brock’s, Karnation, Star Costume, Showgirl Supplies, The Bazaar, Oregon Entertainment, 52 Weeks of Romance, Princess Poly, Candyland and well over a hundred others shopping at this event.”
