The Underfashion Club sent an email this week to industry executives declaring “With this notice, we are making official what retailers, manufacturers and suppliers have confirmed among themselves. THERE WILL BE NO MAY MARKET THIS YEAR.”

The intimates organization acknowledged that “companies are making the difficult day-to-day decisions necessary to survive,” adding it “will be closely monitoring those efforts, and reporting on them to you, particularly as they impact the August Market.” Currently its calendar includes the following market dates: August 2nd – 7th and November 1st – 6th.
