The number of shares to be offered, the price and the timing of the sale have not been determined.

The company, which describes itself as “targeting the 25 to 40 year old woman who is curvy and wears sizes 10 to 30,” said if it goes ahead with the offering it expects to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CURV.
