(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). This spring Naturana has introduced the Cotton Minimizer: a bra to fulfill the needs of full-figured and average-sized women alike.

"Average-sized women can use it as a sports bra, while plus-size ladies who need a little extra support can wear it as a regular bra," the company’s sales manager, Nick Eleotrivaris, explained. "There has already been a good reaction to it."

The seamless, molded Cotton Minimizer fits sizes 34B to 42DD and comes in shades of white and nude. For the initial "test run," Sears department stores in Canada will carry the bra for a retail value of $29.99; additionally, it will be available on private label for retailers who place bulk orders.

It is featured in the brand’s current Naturana Exclusive catalog, which includes all of their latest styles, while the Naturana Regular catalog includes new and ongoing styles that debuted up to 10 years ago.

In other news, the company is adding more "fashion" plus size styles in the range of 38D to 48DD. This includes the addition of more prints, embroideries and colors, as well as a greater variety of bra shapes including demis, full-coverage and bras with thin padding.

Naturana is a 90-year-old German company specializing in "quality" swimwear, sleepwear and intimates.
