PJ Confidential Coming To Curve In August

(Filed Under wholesale Loungewear News). “PJ Confidential is an elevated and eco-friendly loungewear, intimates, and sleepwear line,” that will be coming to the Curve show in New York in August.

Based in Los Angeles and launched in January 2020, the collection includes 13 women’s loungewear styles and five sportswear pieces, ranging in size from extra small to extra large. There are also fives styles each of men’s loungewear and sportswear, according to owner Jennifer Phadungsilp-Robinson, who will be at the show. Prices range from $129 to $179 for the loungewear; accessories are $14 to $64; and intimates are $28 to $69.

“Sustainability and wearability is most important to us and we believe there is a lack of companies in our field that align these two ideals,” Phadungsilp-Robinson emphasized. “With that, we offer pieces that are good for your body and the environment while maintaining a luxe feel. We have a variety of knit pieces ranging from bamboo and 100% organic cotton. Our eucalyptus, a natural antimicrobial with ultra-smooth fibers, reduces bacteria and is ideal for sensitive skin. All of our pieces can be custom-dyed for personalization. Our eco-friendly manufacturing process optimizes resources like land and water with consideration of our carbon footprint and we never step outside a 15-mile radius to produce our LA-made pieces. We also decided to source fabrics and manufacture our woven pieces in Thailand, out of a love for the founders’ heritage, using only the finest cotton and sateens. We create what we would wear so we have partnered with Tencel for the softest intimates.”

“I worked for the world’s top luxury and boutique fashion brands and have since acquired a vast knowledge and great understanding, appreciation, and passion for the luxury and ready-to-wear markets,” she continued. “I wanted to combine these two types of products to create a comfy, resort-style collection with a luxury feel. With that, PJ Confidential was born.”

Currently Phadungsilp-Robinson is the “only one selling the brand" and “would love to have independent sales reps and distributors.” The wholesale strategy is multifaceted. “I love working with the historic hotels, spas, membership clubs yacht clubs, country clubs, golf and specialty boutiques. I would like to work with majors like Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.” Her contact info:; 323-342-5156, showroom.

Some current customers include: Hotel Bel-Air Dorchester Collection; Brentwood Country Club;

The Biltmore Hotel- Miami Coral Gables; The Ritz Carlton, New Orleans; Salutations Home, Pasadena; Lynnen’s, Connecticut; and Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa.

“PJ Confidential was created and modeled after the founder’s lifestyle,” she summed up. “A jet-setting fashionista, an admirer of culture and a lover of our planet. Influenced by her unique cultural background and her travels, PJ Confidential’s aim is to provide customers the most exclusive line of loungewear and intimates that fits every individual’s personal essence and style. PJ Confidential works closely with small garment houses, to support small businesses and local communities, which also allows us to create the most personalized experience for our customers. The brand is designed to be worn and loved by individuals all around the world.”
