(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Valens Lingerie is bringing Sermija, one of the key brands it has distributed in the U.S. for the past five years, to the upcoming Curve show.
The brand, based in Lithuania, was launched in 1994, and specializes in producing comfortable, high quality bras in larger sizes. Over 50 different sizes are offered, and “all the basic materials and lace that we use in our production, have a quality certificate Oeko-Teks Standard 100th,” according to the firm. “All metal fittings: underwires controllers, hooks and rings are made of alloys that do not cause allergies.” Wholesale prices range from $29.00 to $34.00 for stores in the U.S., which allows a minimum markup of 2.35.
In the U.S., the best selling styles, according to Valens, includes “Woman Today,” featuring modern styling, one with wire and one with no wire. This is a smooth minimizer style that runs “up to 44 / 100 I, J cups.” Also popular is “Honey,” which provides full coverage and is designed for larger sizes. This soft cup has six parts, and runs “up to 48 / 110 G, H, I, K, J; and the “Retro Collection, ” – 105 / 46 up to H cup.”
