For the full year 2021, the company earned $120,306,000 on sales of $1,950,958,000 compared to a loss of $40,521,000 on sales of $1,446,187,000 in 2020.

The company emphasized its e-commerce growth, driven in part by its recent acquisitions of both Bare Necessities and Brayola. “E-commerce own website sales were increased by 149% and amounted to $66.9 million for the fourth quarter of 2021, compared $26.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2019, but reduced by 12% compared to $76.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2020. E-commerce own website sales for the 2021 full year increased 282% and amounted to $253.6 million, compared to $66.3 million in 2019, and by 66% compared to $152.5 million in 2020.”
