(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Rihanna has resigned as CEO of Savage X Fenty, the lingerie brand she founded about five years ago, but retains a significant ownership stake and will continue as the brand’s executive chair according to multiple reports.
Hilary Super, an executive with lengthy experience in the apparel industry, has taken over as CEO and has become a member of the company’s board of directors. Her most recent position was global CEO of Anthropologie Group. Previously she had worked in various roles at such companies as Guess?, American Eagle, Ann Taylor and Gap among others, according to her Linkedin profile.
Savage X Fenty offers a wide variety of intimate and other apparel. At the start of 2022 the brand opened its first brick and mortar shop at the Fashion Show Las Vegas. Since then it has added stores in the Houston Galleria; the Culver City Mall in California; the King of Prussia mall in Pennsylvania; the Fashion Centre mall in Arlington, Virginia; the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, New York; and the Lenox Square mall in Atlanta.
