The Bra Barrette has launched a new line of barrettes that will offer "function and fashion without breaking the bank," said Lara Merriam-Smith, the inventor and President of the Company.

The barrettes, which connects the two bra straps in the back, are embellished with Swarovski crystals and were designed "to show off the New Year's Eve little black dress, while holding your straps in place," says Smith.

The crystal barrettes, which were launched in July of this year at a retail price of $17.99 to $39.99, will be sold at a 25% discount throughout the holiday season.

While the Company currently only sells its product to small boutiques across the U.S., they are working with a major lingerie distributor, whose name cannot be disclosed at the present time, to sell Bra Barrette products through their line. The launch of Bra Barrette under the major lingerie distributor will occur in the Spring of 2009 and products will be available for purchasing in all the major department stores across the U.S., Canada, Japan and parts of Europe.
