(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Seven 'til Midnight's new packaging, which the brand debuted at this April's ILS show, can be seen on store shelves now.
According to Vinh Luong, director of sales and marketing for parent company Carrie Amber Intimates, the new packaging boasts a "sexier, curvier shape" than the original rectangular box, and is decorated with the brand's signature pink polka dotted print.
"There are four types of packaging: polka dot box for regular packaged lingerie, smaller polka dots for panties, and a hot pink soft vinyl bag for bustiers and corsets. Baby Got Curves, Seven'til Midnight's plus size collection, has the same packaging with larger polka dots," Luong said. "It's been hugely popular with buyers."
Despite the brand-new shape, wholesale pricing for Seven 'til Midnight's packaged lingerie items remains the same ($3 for a thong to $20 for an elaborate teddy). Other perks include a clear plastic window for easy viewing of the garment inside, causing "less confusion for customers," according to Luong. She added that the packaging's high-quality, durable cardboard adds value to the product.
